This week I want to focus on how my parent’s community wrapped their arms around my family when they found out about my dad’s hospitalization and subsequent death. It was hard for my parent’s tight-knit community to not notice when the ambulance pulled into my parent’s driveway.
As many of you know I’ve been absent from blogging for a few weeks due to Family Matters regarding my Mom and Dad. Sadly, after one week of visiting and caring for my parents, my Dad had a heart attack and died.
Have you ever decided to de-clutter your home and something triggered you? While giving away what doesn’t bring me joy anymore, I had an opportunity to dig deep into my emotions. They can take you places you didn’t think you needed to go.
